Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then go to Settings.
Step 3: Add a channel
Go to the Account section and select Add or manage channel(s), then click Create a channel.
Step 4: Personalize it
Add a profile picture, your channel name, and a unique Handle (this is your @username, used in your channel URL and for tagging).

A few things worth knowing:
Personal vs. Brand Account channel:
The steps above create a channel tied directly to your personal Google Account, manageable only by you. If you want a channel that multiple people can manage (e.g., for a business), you can instead connect it to a Brand Account, which lets you use a different channel name than your Google Account name and add multiple owners/managers.
Multiple channels:
You can create more than one channel under a single Google Account by setting up additional Brand Accounts, and switch between them easily.
Monetization:
A new channel isn’t automatically eligible for the YouTube Partner Program — you’ll need to meet watch-time and subscriber thresholds first, after which YouTube reviews it automatically.
